Outside Finland we deliver with UPS. Within the EU and all other destinations we use the Express Saver service. Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries.

If a product is delivered outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs charges, import charges and any other charges that may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
House of Nostalgia Ltd cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery not dependent on us, including delays caused by customs procedures.
Please also note, if ordering from abroad, that there may be charges on payments not dependent on us, but your credit card issuer or another finance provider not associated with us. These are not charges we can or will reimburse, so please check with your provider before ordering.

Should you wish to return a product you have ordered, please contact for the return address within 14 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for returning the product using a recorded delivery method, and for all costs involved. House of Nostalgia Ltd does not offer free returns. Once a product is returned, we refund the cost of the product and the delivery – providing the product is in a pristine unused condition with tags on and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns of customised or custom made items or gift vouchers.
Please note that not picking up your delivery is not a return; House of Nostalgia Ltd will recover any additional costs to it from the value of the order once the product has arrived back at the warehouse.
The delivery cost also covers packaging materials and other associated expenses.
